Our property has a maximum of 13 persons which is typically a combination of adults AND children.
Children’s bedrooms and especially beds are not planned for adults in mind.
Parties made up solely of adults should assume a capacity of 8 with 4 couples sharing a master bedroom.
Adults cannot sleep on children’s bunk beds.

We have stayed in several villas in Kissimmee and this villa in Terra Verde is the one we always want to come back to, it just feels like home.
The pool area is so peaceful, with a beautiful view of the lake and families of ducks and other birds strolling about. With the pool heating, the pool is like a bath, we struggle to get the kids out of it!
The house is immaculate and homely, with a great games room, and the resort is well maintained with a lovely main pool and tiki bar.
It is also a short drive to both disney and universal, and 5 minutes away from a vast array of restaurants on the 192, a walmart and of course old town kissimmee.
Most of all we would recommend the owners Roger and Lucy. They truly do go above and beyond to make sure you have the perfect stay. Always quick responding to queries and never failing to solve any problems you may encounter.Honestly, if you are thinking about booking a villa in Kissimmee, this is the perfect choice.

There is plenty of living space to spread out and relax in. Your family can enjoy time together in the family room as you watch your favourite movie, or listen to the music that you love (you’ll have to bring it!).
There is also a separate lounge area providing extra space for the kids to play or maybe that peaceful haven in which grandparents might like to relax.
Maybe you would like some fun time together with the kids or perhaps more serious, competitive, adult time, playing in our newly refurbished fully equipped games room, with an air-hockey table, electronic darts board, foosball table and pool table to enjoy?!
A real family favourite is the 60 in 1 arcade games machine. All the classic games of the 80s will remind those how good those games were and enjoy watching the younger generation laugh at what we got up to! But secretly, they’ll get addicted to it as well!
The kitchen is fully equipped and the family can happily sit around the breakfast area, the more formal dining area or enjoy the warmth outside under the shade of the spacious lanai with luxury outdoor furniture.
There are luxurious furnishings, sumptuous sofas, a large screen cable TV with surround sound, flat screen TVs throughout all the bedrooms with DVD players and free wi fi, all provided for your enjoyment and relaxation.
Step outside from the family room under the cool and shaded full length lanai and enjoy the Floridian sunshine relaxing by the pool and spa watching the wildlife on the lake.
