Our prices exclude local sales taxes at 13.5% and the property fee (see below for information).

You can pay in USD or GB£.

We add the following charges to your booking quote:

1 ) 13.5% sales tax is added to the rates given.
2) Property fee – this fee is added to your booking quotation which is $100/£75. This replaces a damages deposit. Please note we may require damages deposits where your party size and gender or age profile make up indicates a higher risk of damage, in which case we require an additional returnable damages deposit up to US$500.00 or GB£350.00.
3) All reservations incur the standard cleaning charge of $200/£170.

Pool and spa heat

Pool/spa heat is available, if desired for $40/£30 per day plus 13.5% sales tax. We recommend pool heat from October to April, but it is available at any time. If pool/spa heat is not selected, the spa will continue to operate but will remain at the ambient temperature since it is the same integrated body of water as the pool.

Payment methods

You can pay in US$ or GBP direct to our account. For the UK and those paying in GB£ we accept cheques and payments via bank accounts. Payment in US$ can be made via our bank account or via Pay Pal using a card which is subject to their usual commission charge of 4%. If you wish to confirm the dates a non-refundable deposit is required of 40% of the total booking value to secure the reservation.

Your booking is not confirmed until we receive cleared funds and we confirm the receipt of these funds. The balance of 60% is required 10 weeks prior to the arrival date. Failure to pay the balance 10 weeks prior to arrival at the villa will indicate your desire to cancel the reservation and you accept your deposit is lost. Rates are subject to change without notice but once confirmed and your booking deposit is paid your price is fixed and cannot be changed by us. If you book within 10 weeks of travel, the total cost is due immediately upon making your reservation. Access details to the villa will be issued approximately one month prior to arrival. We issue an electronic access code which is valid throughout your entire stay.

Minimum stay

All seasons have a minimum stay of 3 nights and up to 7 nights during peak periods. Please enquire with your dates for further information.

Groups

We do allow groups but will review the profile of ages and gender upon application. We reserve the right to increase damage deposits at our discretion.

The Villa at Terra Verde is a luxury appointed villa suitable for up to 13 persons with a typical family combination of adults and children. Where adults only stay at the property, the maximum occupancy is lower.

Rental equipment

We can arrange the rental of almost anything from gas grills, to cribs, cots and strollers. Just ask and we will assist in making your vacation a truly memorable one!

Animal and pets

We do not permit them at all – sorry!

Arrival at the resort

When you arrive at the resort you will show your ID and gate pass to enter. You will then need to check in with the clubhouse within 24 hours of arrival to arrange your gate card. It is $25 and is non refundable. When you then enter the resort you can use the right hand side express lane.
